A Cronut is a croissant-doughnut pastry invented by Chef Dominique Ansel and trademarked by his Bakery in New York City. The pastry is made by frying a laminated dough. The fried pastry is then sugared, filled, and glazed.

Chilli Chocolate Chefs have mastered this trend and are now offering you a unique Cronut Bar in 3 easy steps

Step 1

Select your freshly fried cronut, large or petit. All cronuts are filled with either crème pate, crème brule, or delicious homemade lemon curd  and tossed in cinnamon sugar

Step 2

Choose your sauce

A delicious selection of White chocolate ganache, Bar one, Lindt Chocolate ganache, Butterscotch sauce, peanut butter crème and traditional glace icing.

Step 3

Select your toppings

Milo Crumble, snickers, peppermint, chocolate drops, Honeycomb, Mini Marshmallows, toasted almonds, Flake

The Cronut bar is a live station and all appliances required are provided including branding for the station.
